Longen Canal is an irrigation facility in Hsinchu, Taiwan. At that time, the maximum irrigation area was about 400 aker (388 hectares), so it was also called "Four Hundred Aker Canal" and made an outstanding contribution to the irrigation of farmland in the Hsinchu area. In recent years, the government has used creative facilities such as wind chime lights and water grass railings to renovate Longen Canal into urban green belts and enhance its cultural and historical value.
