The main line of the Zhudong Canal is 16.505 kilometers long. Its water diversion facilities traverse mountains to supply the First and Second Baoshan Reservoirs and the Zhudong Canal irrigation area. It retains rural features like laundry pits, tunnels that adapt to the terrain, siphon structures, highway flumes, and bamboo water pipes, representing a challenging and diverse water conservancy project.
