The main line reinforcement project spans 165 meters, passing through Tianliao Village in Hengshan Township, Hsinchu County. With its beautiful scenery of mountains and waters, the Jietou Canal Main Line draws irrigation water from the Shangping River weir. The water is clean and clear, irrigating the flat rice paddy areas along the Shangping River in Tianliao Village (about one-third of the land) and downstream rice fields in Hengshan Village. The beneficiary area reaches 50 hectares, making it an important agricultural development zone with an excellent production environment in Hengshan Township, Hsinchu County.
